Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 24 months in the first instance.
Applications are invited for a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship in Screen and Media Music Composition. This is a fixed-term appointment based in central Cambridge for two years from 1 October 2014 (or as soon as possible thereafter) until 30 September 2016. To be eligible you must either have been awarded your PhD between 1 October 2009 and 1 October 2014, or have equivalent experience; in other words, you must be at an early career stage (which normally means having completed your undergraduate degree in or since 2005). The successful applicant will be required to undertake research (which includes composition), teaching (including lectures, seminars and/or small-group teaching) and some administrative duties.
