Booking form for Music Taster Day on Tour

This registration form is for students interested in attending the Faculty of Music  Taster Days on Tour, taking place on the following dates in 2019:

8 April: Sage Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

9 April: Bridgewater Hall, Manchester

12 April: St George's, Bristol

13 April: Brangwyn Hall, Swansea

These Taster Days provide students from state and maintained schools and colleges with a chance to explore just how rich and varied the study of music can be. The events, which last from 1.30-5pm will include two sample lectures and a talk on studying music at Cambridge, including a Q&A about the admissions process. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with academics and current music undergraduates – we are there to answer any questions you have!

Some of the questions below ask you for some sensitive personal information. You are not required to provide this information to us but, if you do, you will be consenting for us to use it for the following purposes: 

  • Research which may include relevant national research projects and equalities monitoring (questions 18 and 19) 
  • Managing any arrangements or adjustments that may be needed to help you participate fully in the event (question 16). Any information collected here will only be used for event organisation and will be destroyed afterwards. Choosing not to provide this information may mean we are unable to make adjustments required for you to participate fully in the event. If you do not inform us about something for which you require an adjustment, or which affects your safe participation in the event, this may result in you being unable to participate.
