CUCC perform SPEM IN ALIUM with The Cardinall's Musick
The monumental ‘Spem in alium’ forms the cornerstone for an evening of Tallis in St John’s College Chapel and features members of Cambridge University Chamber Choir alongside The Cardinall’s Musick. Other works in the programme include ‘Ave rosa sine spinis’ and Cheryl Frances Hoad’s homage to Tallis, ‘From the beginning of the World’, commissioned by The Cardinall’s Musick. Conducted by Andrew Carwood.
