Many congratulations to Sean Curran, who has been awarded the Royal Musical Association Jerome Roche Prize for 2018, for his article ‘Hockets Broken and Integrated in Early Mensural Theory and an Early Motet’, Early Music History, 36 (2017), 31-104.
Dr Curran is currently a Junior Research Fellow at Trinity College, where he is working on a book entitled Voices from the Archive: Old Music and the Motet around 1300 CE.
